Primitive Weapons

formed in Brooklyn in 2009, rising from New York’s hardcore and metal underground. Their sound cuts through dissonant hardcore, metallic weight and sludge, raw and restless, with flashes of melody breaking through the abrasion. Members also helped shape Brooklyn’s heavy music community as co-founders of Saint Vitus Bar.
