Alan Sparhawk
is an American musician best known as co-founder, guitarist, and vocalist of the slowcore band Low. Emerging from Duluth, Minnesota, he built a legacy of stark, emotional songwriting alongside his late wife Mimi Parker. Beyond Low, Sparhawk has explored diverse projects spanning folk, rock, and experimental music, continuing to craft deeply intimate and resonant work.
