SQÜRL
is a New York-based noise rock and experimental duo formed by filmmaker Jim Jarmusch and producer Carter Logan. Originally created to score Jarmusch’s films, the project evolved into a standalone band blending drone, psych, and ambient textures with minimalist rock. Their music explores cinematic soundscapes and meditative heaviness, bridging art-house aesthetics with distorted, atmospheric compositions.
