Conceived after a night spent stranded in an airport with a harmonium in hand, the album grew from a deep physical connection to breath, drone, and time passing. The harmonium — an instrument tied to family history and lineage — became the emotional and sonic anchor, guiding Kashika Kollaikal toward songs shaped by patience, listening, and presence. From its first moments, the record felt less like a collection of tracks and more like a living environment, humming softly with life.

Across ‘All Heartbeat’, everyday sounds, tactile gestures, and field recordings were folded into fluid song structures. Tracks like "Intrinsic" and "Crescent" emerged gently, built from hiss, birdsong, and looping phrases that suggested overheard moments drifting through open windows.
