Godflesh

is an English band formed in Birmingham in 1988 by Justin Broadrick and G.C. Green. Emerging from the fallout of Napalm Death, they pioneered a stark fusion of industrial, sludge, and post-metal, defined by mechanised rhythms, crushing bass, and bleak atmospheres.
