Throes

are a Boise, Idaho five-piece formed from the ashes of Bone Dance, with roots in the region’s underground heavy scene. Their sound draws on sludge, post-hardcore and metallic hardcore, moving between slow, crushing riffs, jagged rhythms and bursts of aggression. These elements come together on their 2019 debut, 'In the Hands of an Angry God'.
