Spiritual Cramp

is a San Francisco punk rock band formed in 2017 by members of Creative Adult. Their sound fuses post-punk tension, hardcore punch, and rhythmic flair with lyrics balancing political frustration and personal vulnerability. Fronted by Michael Bingham, they gained wider attention with their 2023 self-titled debut and continued evolving with their sophomore album ‘RUDE’.
