Oren Ambarchi

Oren Ambarchi is a Melbourne-based electronic guitarist and percussionist, originally from Sydney, active since 1986. Known for his use of drones and loops, he crafts enigmatic soundscapes with subtle melodies, focusing on guitar's tonal possibilities without computers.

Ambarchi has collaborated with a diverse range of artists, including Keith Rowe and Otomo Yoshihide, and is a member of bands such as Sunn O))), Sun, and Menstruation Sisters.
