HTRK’s seminal debut receives a fresh release on white vinyl, complete with a white sleeve and gloss cover. This abrasive record envelops listeners in sonorous pulses, deafening feedback, and tension-soaked reverb, drawing them deep into the band’s enigmatic world. With a lo-fi blend of post-punk, post-industrial, and noise-electronica, HTRK channels echoes of Suicide, Throbbing Gristle, and Joy Division, crafting a sound that's uniquely their own.

Formed in Melbourne in 2003, HTRK evolved as a mysterious trio splitting their time between Berlin and London. Their music, inspired by David Lynch’s imagery, The Birthday Party’s raw energy, and Pita’s experimental electronica, exudes both tension and beauty. 'Nostalgia', a collection of seven live recordings from 2004, marked a pivotal moment for the band, catching the attention of Rowland S. Howard, who later produced their acclaimed album 'Marry Me Tonight'.
