SRSQ 'Temporal Love / Unkept'

SRSQ is the solo project of singer and songwriter Kennedy Ashlyn, formerly of the Bay Area dream-pop duo Them Are Us Too. Born from the tragic loss of her closest friend and collaborator, Cash Askew, in the 2016 Ghost Ship fire, SRSQ became a means for Kennedy to process grief, nostalgia, and reflection, culminating in her 2018 debut album, 'Unreality'.

Since its release, SRSQ has toured globally with acts like Black Queen, Uniform, and Drab Majesty while supporting Cold Cave and Godflesh. Amid preparing for her 2020 album, Ashlyn recorded the 7” single 'Temporal Love / Unkept' with producer Jorge Albrecht, continuing to expand her ethereal and emotive sound.
