Consouling Sounds is very happy to be able to team up with the kindred spirits of Hypertension Records to present this amazing 12” split album. It brings the much anticipated new tracks of Belgian post-metal outfit SOUL GRIP. After the release of their debut album ‘Avadon’, they have traveled the world and have evolved into a surprisingly mature band. In the fall they will present their new full-length album, but to keep you ablaze over the Summer, you can already enjoy three brand new tracks. The other side of the album is taken over by VVOVNDS, who present a very special track. VVOVNDS is known for their all-consuming fierce power, but with their track ‘On A Noose' they prove to be a very versatile combo. It’s a murky, droney beast of track that documents their collaboration with the Belgian experimental artist Svartvit. You can expect something extraordinary, and something very different but with the same kind of intensity we got to identify VVOVNDS with.
