Repetition becomes both rhythm and tension on 'Wrapped Coast b/w All I Can Do', a 2012 EP from MY DISCO that extends the stark minimalism of 'Little Joy' into darker, more physical territory. "Wrapped Coast" is driven by pounding percussion, clipped guitar figures, bass repetition, and low, mantra-like vocals, creating a rigid post-punk groove that feels simultaneously mechanical and hypnotic. "All I Can Do" slows the pulse considerably, stretching bass, feedback, and sparse guitar into a heavier, more spacious crawl.

The two remixes push those ideas further outward. Factory Floor rebuild "Wrapped Coast" around a leaner electronic framework, stripping the track toward metallic percussion and minimal dance rhythms. Justin K Broadrick reshapes "All I Can Do" into something denser and more oppressive, emphasizing distortion, low-end pressure, and industrial texture. Across four extended tracks, 'Wrapped Coast b/w All I Can Do' captures MY DISCO at a transitional point, where their austere post-punk language increasingly overlaps with experimental electronics and hypnotic repetition.
